On that note, if you're getting annoyed at how stupid your BG group is being or something, don't continually voice it through guild chat. Most of us are just going get annoyed to tell you to stop and go take a chill pill. Venting once in a while is okay, but complaining non stop just causes you to annoy others. If you have a specific issue with another player, take it to a whisper and try to discuss it with them. They may not realize they're doing something to annoy you. If after that, they still do the same things, /ignore works wonders. We're casual for a reason, we don't like getting uptight while playing a game... We do this to have fun and escape some of the annoyances of life, not take on new ones.

As stated above: We are a family guild. We do have players who have young children that like to watch their parents play. Watch your language, not everything is caught by the filter. Please keep in mind that also on our forums the language is not filtered at this time. We trust our members to mind their manners and keep things civil on the forums. Not doing so may result in unavoidable filtering.  We do use ventrillo and at time while in raids or battleground things slip so headphones maybe a good idea for those channels.

Also, if a guild member has openly expressed that they feel offended by a particular phrase/subject/etc., respect that. A mature, family oriented guild is built around mutual respect and trust. Deliberately and repeatedly engaging in offensive discussions in a public chat channel will not be tolerated. Private chat channels can easily be created to avoid such a situation. That said, if something offends you, it is your obligation to notify the guild. We can not inherently know what irks you, thus can't resolve anything we don't know about.

As a new member, your access to the guild bank will be somewhat limited. However, do not stress. The guild bank is there to be used, and you are a part of the guild. If the item of interest is an improvement to you, ask one of the officers, and they'll fetch it for you. We trust your judgment on what you need. The officer remove only bank tabs hold items that are not open to everyone however, so take note of what it is you're looking at. Also, withdrawing items so you can sell them or for out of guild characters/friends is a no go. Be generous, and you will receive generosity in return.

Our guild has a Ventrilo server. Some folks took to believe that Ventrilo is obsolete, but we beg to differ. This little program becomes invaluable when you accidentally disconnect during a pull or a boss fight.

There's class forums if you have questions about your class, are looking for tips to bring your game to the next level, or feel you have information to share. There's the raid forums if you've got questions about specific raids, specific encounters therein, or are looking to share your wisdom. The forums are here for us all to use so we can better ourselves.

If you find you have any questions that aren't answered on the forums, please ask any of the Officers in guild. If they can't answer your question directly, they'll get back to you asap or forward your question to someone who can answer it.
